Helping You Save Money…Not just find problems

My background in environmental science and building technology allows me to look beyond defects and focus on how a home actually performs day to day. With every inspection report, I include practical, real-world guidance on simple upgrades and improvements that can help reduce energy loss, lower utility bills, and improve overall comfort — without unnecessary or expensive renovations. These recommendations may include:

 Improving insulation or air sealing

Reducing moisture-related inefficiencies

 Addressing heat loss or gain

Identifying minor upgrades that offer long-term savings.

My goal is not just to point out issues, but to help you understand how your home works and where small, smart changes can make a meaningful financial difference over time.
